Synopsis

Mothers and Daughters 1 In the start of this story arc, Cirin is in the Papal Library of the Eastern Church looking for books on the One True Ascension. But, none of the books meet her requirements, so they are thrown in the furnace. In the streets of Iest, Cerebus is raising a ruckus, and Cirin doesn't believe the guards that it's actually Cerebus. The demon Khem (remember that demon from way back in issue #2?) concludes that he has no reason to exist any more, so he disappears. The Judge appears to Death and decrees that it is only a lesser Demon, not the being "Death". So Death, like Khem, ceases to exist.Lord Julius appears briefly. My Encounters with Dave Sim and Cerebus (by Rantz Hoseley) Biff! (by Terri Wood) Fox Tales (by Terri Wood)
